Pricing
We offer different services and pricing for our clients, depending on their needs and what suits their business. There is quite a range, and a few are summarised below…
COMPLETE MARKETING and SALES SYSTEM (Effectively we are Your Marketing Partners)
This is our 9 element system including managing the website, eCommerce store, CRM (database), Content (including Video), SEO, Social media, Tools & Plugins, Hosting, Paid Ads, Analytics & Reporting, Extra Products and joint Ventures.
This service ranges in price from $7,500 to $10,000 (AUD incl GST) per month (and this depends on the involvement of any internal team, the number of products and services in the online store, and the number of social media channels). The Advertising spend and any 3rd party App costs are not included in this figure, as they are normally paid directly to those service providers (typically these range from $500 to $3,000 per month).
We do build Website/eCommerce store combinations in WordPress and WooCommerce. Our templates, themes and tools are optimised for the Australian market. We have recently worked on projects in the medical, small appliances, outdoor equipment, spare parts, luxury goods and household items niches (and these are probably our preferred areas).
The website/ecommerce projects vary greatly in price but typically would be between $5K (simple and new) up to $20K. The actual price depends on the content available, complexity, integration needs, stock management, and existing system transition requirements.
PARTIAL MARKETING and SALES SYSTEM
Some clients don’t want us to help with all of the 9 elements in the Marketing and Sales system, so we have the option where they can choose the ones they want and what level of implementation is required.
We would need to discuss this to be able to customise a solution and price for each business solution, but as a guide we have clients on $1500 to $5000 per month.
STRATEGY & PLANNING SESSIONS
A few of our clients have their own internal teams, or a group of preferred contractors or suppliers and are after strategy, ideas and monitoring services. Basically this is replacing a Marketing Manager or Business Development Manager in the business.
Typically this would involve weekly meetings with the Marketing, Sales and/or Management teams . The exact nature of our involvement, reporting and contribution varies between businesses but the price is between $990 per month and $3000 per month.
LINKEDIN LEAD GENERATION
Our LinkedIn process for clients includes 4 different activities:
1. Create or Update their Personal and Company profiles. These are updated regularly as things like creator studio and other additions are changed by LinkedIn
2. Set up daily connection requests (up to 20 per day) and responses to any accepted connections. There is a process we use which can include sales navigator. We let the client know if there is something they need to respond to. We also clean up any unaccepted connections at the end of each month.
3. Engagement with all 1st level connections for their birthday and for any career updates or anniversaries. Again, we let the client know if there is something they need to respond to out of these messages.
4. Content posting on both personal and company profiles at least fortnightly (weekly is better). Clients typically provide us with an image or video or some words/story for us to base the content on – Frequently asked question and answers or customer testimonials are perfect for this. As per above we let them know about any comments that require a response.
This activity starts from $660 per month (Incl GST) and will be higher if more frequent posting and outbound messaging and marketing on LinkedIn is added (Increasing to $990 per month). This marketing involves sending out campaign messages to selected first level connections asking them to take a survey, complete a checklist, attend a webinar or respond to a specific request. The process is quite time consuming, and clients need to be ready to respond to any comments or requests that come back in from this activity.
MONTHLY SUPPORT OR RETAINER
We do have a small number of clients who use us on a monthly basis to assist with Campaigns and/or CRM.
Typically, this involves only a few hours per month and costs between $330 and 550 per month.
We can also work on hourly rate, but prefer clients purchase this assistance in 5 or 10 hour blocks.
